Prenatal Yoga Virtual Class

Join us for a live, virtual Prenatal Yoga Pop-Up Class designed for all trimesters and all levels—whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class will leave you feeling centered, strong, and ready to take on pregnancy with confidence.

Led by Dr. Hannah Strom, a pelvic health physical therapist and seasoned yoga instructor, this class focuses on easing common pregnancy discomforts while preparing your body for labor and delivery.

This one hour Prenatal Yoga class will focus on:

  • Gentle, Pregnancy-Safe Yoga: Poses to open the hips, release tension in the back, and address common areas of tightness.

  • Connection to Breath: Techniques to support relaxation and focus during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

  • Pelvic Floor Awareness: Movements to gently strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, key for labor prep and recovery.

As a bonus, you will also recieve our Empowered Pregnancy E-Book, which is a comprehensive resource packed with tips and insights to help you thrive during pregnancy.
