Looking to collaborate?
We are always looking for like-minded practitioners to provide the best care for our mutual patients. If you work with pregnancy, postpartum or pelvic pain, we’d love to connect so we can share your info with our patients.
At ATL Pelvic Health, we provide exceptional and comprehensive care for people with pelvic health concerns to achieve freedom with their pelvic health and lead a more confident, resilient and healthy lifestyle.
The Awake Pelvic Health Difference
We are not your average pelvic floor therapy clinic! Our team of pelvic floor physical therapists are experts in pelvic floor care. When you come into our office, you will receive your therapist’s undivided attention for your full 60-minute session in a private treatment room. By providing one-on-one treatment, we can get to the "why" of your symptoms and help you return to the activities you love.
We provide so much more than kegels because kegels are not always the answer! Depending on your needs, we offer a combination of hands-on pelvic floor therapy treatment, functional movement exercises and Pilates. We recognize that every body is unique, which is why our treatment plans are individualized, too.
We also offer Pilates classes to aid your recovery or help you maintain your pelvic health.
At Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness, we believe every person with pelvic health issues deserves expert, compassionate care. Our clinician team specializes exclusively in treating pelvic health conditions, providing a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach.
Would love to get your cards and info for our office; please reach out directly to hannah@awakepelvichealth.com to connect!
Our Philosophy
Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness is dedicated to supporting you throughout every stage of life. We will listen to your concerns—and trust us when we say no subject is taboo. From there, we will work together to help you reach your goals.
Our Approach
We treat a variety of pelvic floor issues, including pain, incontinence, prolapse and more. What truly defines our approach, however, is the care and attention that we offer every client. We believe that pelvic health has been a neglected area of our healthcare system for too long—and Awake Pelvic Health aims to change that by offering pelvic floor therapy, Pilates and more programs tailored to you throughout every season of life.
Don’t just take it from us! See what our patients have to say:
Pelvic Pain + Pain with Sexual Activity
Intimacy should be enjoyable, not painful. Whether you're experiencing discomfort from vaginismus, postpartum changes, or menopause-related shifts, pelvic pain can affect any stage of life. Our team is here to uncover the underlying cause and guide you toward lasting relief.
Pelvic Pain + Pain with Sexual Activity
Constant bathroom trips shouldn’t take over your day. If you feel like your bladder is always full or you’re constantly worried about leaks (sneezing shouldn’t be stressful!), we’re here to help. By uncovering the root cause and identifying triggers, we can support you in overcoming urinary urgency, frequency, leakage, recurrent UTIs, and overactive bladder symptoms—so you can feel confident and in control again.
Pelvic Pain + Pain with Sexual Activity
Having trouble staying regular? Many of us don’t think about our bowel movements until they become a challenge. Constipation is especially common during pregnancy and postpartum, but it can happen at any stage of life. With a combination of physical therapy and holistic strategies, we’ll help you find lasting relief and restore healthy digestion.
If traditional physical therapy hasn’t resolved your chronic low back or hip pain, the missing piece might be your pelvic floor. These deep core muscles play a crucial role in stabilizing the spine and pelvis. By evaluating your pelvic floor, we can uncover the root cause of your discomfort and help you find lasting relief.
Whether you're planning for pregnancy, expecting, or navigating postpartum recovery, we’re here to support you. The body undergoes incredible changes during and after pregnancy, and we can help you optimize your pelvic health, ease low back, hip, or pubic symphysis pain, prepare for a smooth vaginal or cesarean birth, and feel strong and confident in your postpartum journey.
Most moms experience diastasis recti—a separation of the abdominal muscles—at some point during or after pregnancy. This can lead to core weakness, stress incontinence, discomfort during sex, and other challenges. The good news? Physical therapy can make a big difference! By blending pelvic floor therapy with Pilates-based exercises, we create a personalized plan to help you rebuild core strength and regain confidence.
